Today is the release date for Michael Moore's new film Slacker Uprising, which chronicles his Great Slacker Uprising Tour, and the author/filmmaker/activist's attempts to rally America's youth to fight back against George W. Bush during the election of 2004. While Moore has drawn criticism from so-called 'pure' doumentarians and utopian liberal elitists who are less than fond of the Michigan Muckraker's brand of populist diatribe, this page counts himself as fan, and encourages readers to enjoy the movie.
